Against competitor agents, our initial appraisal figures were in the region of 10-15% higher, and the firm went on to completely sell out the site for circa £11,000,000 (8 units) achieving figures around £350 per square foot. Alexanders took total responsibility for the marketing of the site, including preparation of the CGI imagery.
