Alexanders Estate Agents are continuing to grow, and an exciting opportunity has arisen for a new member to assist and support our busy sales team. The right applicant will be professional, alert, and excited about joining a forward-thinking and cutting-edge property firm.

 

As a Sales Administrator you will need to:

  • Be smart, professional and enthusiastic
  • Provide exemplary customer service
  • Have flexible working hours
  • Ability to work on own initiative and work collaboratively as part of a successful team

 

Your main duties will include:

  • Handle incoming calls and email enquiries
  • Generate and arrange property valuations
  • Book and accompany viewings
  • Liaise with vendors and prospective buyers
  • Create and maintain client records
  • Diary Management

 

The ideal candidate will:

  • Be able to work well under pressure
  • Be confident within a customer facing role
  • Have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Have excellent planning and organisational skills
  • Be Computer Literate
  • Hold a full UK driving license and own a vehicle
