Marketing Administrator

Location: Loughborough

This is an exciting WITH PROSPECTS opportunity to join a busy and expanding operation within independent estate agency as a marketing/admin assistant. The right applicant we hope will be ambitious, demonstrate excellent attention to detail and customer service skills, and excited to build an exciting career within the property sector. Excellent training from successful operators in our industry will be provided.


As a Marketing/Admin Assistant, you will need to:

Provide exemplary customer service experience at all times
Start and uphold strong relationships with clients
Produce audio/copy typing for property particulars
General office administrative duties including producing accurate correspondence
Have flexible working hours

Key skills:

Smart, polite and enthusiastic
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Confident telephone manor and excellent communication skills
Competent IT skills with experience of using Microsoft Word
Strong spelling and grammar skills
Work effectively as part of a small team
