Alexanders Estate Agents are continuing to grow, and an exciting opportunity has arisen for a new team member to join our busy and expanding admin and marketing department. The right applicant will be motivated, driven, and excited about joining a forward-thinking and cutting-edge property firm.

 

As a Marketing Administrator you will need to:

  • Provide exemplary customer service
  • Be personable and respectful at all times
  • Ability to work on own initiative and work collaboratively as part of a successful team
  • Have flexible working hours

 

Your main duties will include:

  • Assisting with the preparation of property details including brochures, online details and window displays
  • Website and Social Media Management
  • Print Advertising Preparation
  • General office administrative duties
  • Diary Management
  • Message taking in a polite, professional, and considerate manner

 

The ideal candidate will:

  • Be professional, alert and enthusiastic
  • Be highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Have strong spelling and grammar skills
  • Have a confident telephone manor and excellent communication skills
  • Have competent IT skills with experience of using Microsoft Word
  • Hold a full UK driving license
