Alexanders Estate Agents are continuing to grow, and an exciting opportunity has arisen for a new team member to join our busy admin office. The right applicant will be motivated, driven, and excited about joining a forward-thinking and cutting-edge property firm.


As an Administrator you will need to:

  • Provide exemplary customer service
  • Be personable and respectful at all times
  • Ability to work on own initiative and work collaboratively as part of a successful team 


Your main duties will include:

  • Liaise with vendors to arrange take on appointments
  • Collate vendor documents for hard copy file and online file
  • Read listers on-site measurements and draw floorplans
  • Proofread property descriptions and write literature for property details
  • Create property brochures and email to vendors for approval
  • Raise invoices and chase payments as required
  • Support sales team with general enquiries as required
  • General office administration tasks


The ideal candidate will:

  • Be professional, alert, and enthusiastic
  • Be creative with excellent attention to detail
  • Be able to work well under pressure
  • Have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Be highly organised with excellent planning skills
  • Have strong spelling and grammar skills
  • Have competent IT skills with experience of using Microsoft Word
  • Hold a full UK driving license
