Estate Agent Administrator

Location: Shepshed/Loughborough

An exciting opportunity to join a busy and expanding operation within independent estate agency as an Administrator. The right applicant will be motivated, driven and excited about offering first class customer service and support to our admin team within this forward thinking independently operated property firm.

 

As an Administrator you will need to:

  • Provide exemplary customer service
  • Be personable and respectful at all times
  • Ability to work on own initiative and work collaboratively as part of a successful team
  • Have flexible working hours

 

Your main duties will include:

  • Preparing property details including brochures, online details and window displays
  • Advertising and marketing preparation
  • Making changes to property details as and when required
  • Prepare documents relating to the sale and purchase of a property
  • Prepare and issue letters and leaflets to help create new business and promote the company
  • Complete general office administrative duties

 

The ideal candidate will:

  • Be professional, alert and enthusiastic
  • Be highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Have strong spelling and grammar skills
  • Have a confident telephone manor and excellent communication skills
  • Have competent IT skills with experience of using Microsoft Word
  • Hold a full UK driving license
