Marketing Assistant
Alexanders Estate Agents are continuing to grow, and an exciting opportunity has arisen for a new team member to join our busy marketing and admin team. The right applicant will be motivated, driven, and excited about joining a forward-thinking and cutting-edge property firm.
As a Marketing Assistant you will need to:
- Provide exemplary customer service
- Be personable and respectful at all times
- Ability to work on own initiative and work collaboratively as part of a successful team
Your main duties will include:
- Research market trends
- Assist in creating and planning content for website, social media platforms and emails
- Help maintain website and social media accounts
- Help send email newsletters
- Assist in preparing print promotional material including brochures, leaflets, and magazines
- Write marketing literature for press releases
- Proofreading and copy-editing of all marketing material
- Assist in the development of marketing campaigns
- Assist in the organisation of promotional events
- Communicate directly with clients to ensure they are kept informed and updated
- Provide general administration support
- Support sales team with general enquiries as required
The ideal candidate will:
- Be professional, alert, and enthusiastic
- Be creative with excellent attention to detail
- Be able to work well under pressure
- Have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Good understanding of digital marketing
- Be highly organised with excellent planning skills
- Be computer literate
- Hold a full UK driving license
