Role: Head of Lettings Department

Alongside the employment of a property manager, we seek a sales or lettings focused individual with drive, integrity, passion and work ethic to proactively develop and grow our lettings department.

Alexanders cold started its lettings book 2 years ago, and now is in a position to employ a forward thinking leader responsible for the ongoing management and growth of our landlord register and entire lettings department. We are a successful and motivated independent firm who work to an exceptional standard.

The ideal candidate will:

• Be personable and respectful at all times
• Hold a full UK driving licence

Salary

Salary flexible dependant on experience and initiative - OTE £30-50k. Immediate start.
