We recently sold our property with Alexanders (Market Bosworth office) and we found them to be very professional and reliable. Despite the understandable worries that comes from moving house and being in a chain, Anya was always on the end of the phone, keeping us regularly updated and going above and beyond to make sure our sale went as smoothly as possible. Weve had a challenging chain, with difficult parties (and other agents!) involved but Molly has been consistently on the case throughout, a pleasure to talk to, and ultimately helped us get to the point of having our dream home. I put my financial trust in Alexander's and fought to get them on board to sell my marital home after a difficult break up, I knew they had a good footprint in the Desford area and I trusted them to do their best to sell the home, after it being listed with another agent who wasn't so good. Throughout what was a difficult sale, Anya, Molly and Harry remained professional throughout, acting impartial and fairly to both myself and my ex wife. Highly recommend!

Great service from start to finish from Harry, Anya and Molly. Accurate and detailed valuation, top quality photos and video marketing, followed up by diligent accompanied viewings. Alexander's have been fantastic from the beginning of the process right through until the end of the process. During the stressful moments Alexander's was always there when i needed them for reassurance and advice. Having not moving house for over 20 years i forgot how emotional and stressful it was. Nothing was ever too much for them and they often chased things up for me and kept me well informed. Molly is fantastic and will do everything she can to help with any problems or issues you may have and chased things up where ever possible. The whole team is fantastic. At the beginning when i first asked different estate agents to value my property they all seemed to be at a loss as to what to value my property at. Alexander's knew exactly what they was talking about and gave me a full explanation how they valued the property and they was very professional and their valuation was bang on the dot. My property was sold very quickly and in fact i had a choice of people that i could sell it to. Now that we have moved into our new house and starting to settle we are as happy as bunnies. Obviously Alexander's are a business who needs to earn money, however compared to other estate agents out there they are worth every penny and in my opinion far more professional and caring. If you want a realistic valuation from a company that you can absolutely trust 100 percent. If you want a company that cares and goes the extra mile to to help and reassure you whenever possible then Alexander's estate agents is who i would definitely highly recommend. Anya has been amazing! She helped us through the whole buying process on our new house. She was also fantastic at dealing with the solicitors (for all parties involved) and helped move things along.
