Landlord Fees

Fully Managed Service

10% + Vat (12% inc. Vat) of the total negotiated rent, plus half a month's rent finder's fee (plus Vat). Minimum finder's fee £450.00 + Vat (£540.00 inc. Vat)

Tenant Find Only Service

6% + Vat (7.2% inc. Vat) of the total negotiated rent. Minimum fee £650.00 + Vat (£780.00 inc. Vat).
